Proven effective morning habits :

Early morning is one of the most productive periods to start any work. I believe morning and sunrise brings hope for all the half completed work or any troubles that we may have.

The most effective and simple habits that can transform your lives in a better way  are :

  • Not seeing the phone for 2-3 hours after waking up.It causes distraction of mind which is not good for health. In particular, social media distracts the mind away from focus work.
  • No skipping breakfast – Having a healthy breakfast is the most essential part of the day.It is believed that a hungry stomach makes everything more difficult.
  • Waking up early in the morning helps in prioritising work and planning the day.  One should also drink water and exercise early in the day. Simple exercises like going for a quick walk, meditating, spending some time gardening can do wonders for the body and mind. Drinking water as soon as you wake up can cleanse your body and keep you hydrated. Making yourself a cup of coffee or green tea is also a great way to start your day.
  • Have a positive mindset and approach – It is the main factor that determines the whole day. Simple activities like making up your bed, while very small in itself, will start your day with a feeling of accomplishment. Conveying Gratitude to God is the best thing one can do in the morning to have a positive effect on the whole day.
