Broccoli Fry

Broccoli, known to be the sibling of cauliflower as it resembles in its looks and shape. It is mainly used in salads. But most of us don’t like its raw taste. So below here is an interesting recipe to try.

Ingredients ,Quantity to take and process to follow :

Take Cooking oil 2 tbsp in a pan.Put Cumin seeds  1/2 tsp and wait to crackle.After that add Broccoli (250 grams),fry it for some time and then add Gram flour (3 tbsp) saute it for some time.

After that add all the dry masala  powders Turmeric powder (1/3 tsp),Red chili powder (1/2 tsp),Cumin powder(1/3 tsp),Coriander powder( 1/3 tsp),Garam masala (1/2 tsp),Dry mango powder( 1 tsp) and salt to taste. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and it is ready to be served.

It is easy and quick. What else do you need more??
