Magic Milkshake contains the goodness of dates and dry fruits and the wellness of milk which provides all the necessary nutrients and vitamins to our body.
Note:
It can be used as an alternative to the artificial powdered protein shake(but you can always check with your dietician).
It is served during the festival season of fasting.
Ingredients : All you need is
- 10 dates (seedless)
- 3 cup milk (chilled)
- ¼ tsp cinnamon/cardamom powder
- Grinded Dry fruits
- Ice cream
- Ice Cubes
Preparation:
First in a blender take some seedless dates .Add 3 cups of chilled milk, ¼ tsp cinnamon/cardamom powder. Add sugar if you like the milkshake to be sweeter(optional).Blend to smooth milkshake. After that take a pan. Add little water before pouring milk and put the grinded dry fruits and give it a boil. After it cools down, add ice cream or ice cubes for rich texture and presentable look. Finally, serve this magic milkshake garnished with few chopped dates on the top. Easy no??
