Pancakes

Cakes, cakes,Pancakes!Who doesn’t love  the sweet smell of homemade pancakes, and making pancakes is that really easy and simple. Try it and feel free to decorate it up with your  favourite  add-ons like fruit, cream or  chocolate.

Ingredients – All-purpose flour,Baking Powder,Sugar,Salt,Milk,Eggs,Butter

Procedure –

Prepare the batter by whisking together 1 – 1½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1-2 teaspoons of  baking powder, 1 tablespoon sugar(according to your taste) and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a  bowl. Then,in a separate bowl, whisk together 1-1.5cups of  whole milk with 1 large egg and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Mix them both  until combined. The batter should be somewhat lumpy after  mixing  it.Once bubbles are seen on the tops of the pancakes, it’s time to flip it.Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium-low heat and  grease it with oil or butter. Put 3 to 4 tablespoons of batter into the pan in round space, spacing the other pancakes. At this point, you can either add on top, like  chocolate chips, fruit or nuts or leave that simply,it too gives a great taste.I prefer plain pancakes. Once bubbles form on the tops of the pancakes, flip them once and continue cooking until they are no longer doughy and turn brown .Then top it with all the syrup, butter, toppings you want. Using a spatula, transfer the pancakes to a plate and it is ready to be gulped in one go.
