Ingredients Required:
Paneer Cubes,Bell Pepper (green,red,yellow)
Ginger Garlic paste, salt, black pepper
Turmeric Powder,Chili Powder,Coriander Powder
A Big Pan,Barbecue Sticks/Skewers
Procedure
1. Take a mixing bowl, put all the condiments, paneer, bell pepper, salt, black pepper and give it a good mix. Add little water so that the coating sticks properly to Paneer and Bell pepper and keep it aside for half an hour.
2. Attach the paneer and bell pepper coating individually to the barbeque sticks.
3. Sprinkle some oil and heat the pan on medium flame for 5-10 minutes.
4 .Put the barbeque skewers into the pan and twist it every 5 minutes, till you see the veggies turn golden brown
5. Take out the skeweres and try with coriander chutney.
