Worried About Acne or Open Pores??

Acne itself sounds so scary.Its actually not a problem,its actually a sign that our hormones are imbalanced and that our body needs proper care and a good regimen.It can occur in any parts of the body specially in face,back,legs. Its completely normal.Don’t worry,if a problem happens,there has to be solutions and it has remedies and solutions.One can always seek a Dermatologist in case of severe acne.I, myself has passed through the stage of acne and still facing,I found some simple home made easy ways to tackle it.

The following are my skin care ways:

1.Drink lots of water.Stop eating junk fruits.Eat lots of green vegetables.

2.Wash your face with plain water twice(morning &evening) or on the recommendations of your Dermatologist use products in case you have severe acne.Rub your skin with ice,it not only will make your skin glow but also close the pores in the face.And yes,before going to sleep,make sure you remove your makeup(this will surely help not to add on more pimples).

3.Acne mainly arises if your pores in your face are blocked,so make sure its cleaned always.So,its very much needed to EXFOLIATE your skin twice a week.So,you can either take gram flour(Besan) or rice flour and mix with rose water or water simply,mix properly and scrub it in your face for 5 minutes from bottom to towards your face slowly and gently,otherwise you will make rashes on your face.Believe me,its very effective.

4.After Cleaning and Exfoliating,make sure you make a paste consisting of Sandalwood powder,curd and rose water and apply the mask on your face and keep it for 10 minutes till it dries.After that wash your face with cold water.The mask you can only use twice in a week otherwise it will make your skin dry.

5.The final step apply Toner and Moisturizer and Sunscreen(if you are going out).Don’t Expect results immediately,good things need time.Follow it regularly.
