We visited Oman this April with our toddler daughter and stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Muscat for 5 days.It is a beautiful country in the Middle East known for its deserts,beaches and mountains.It is a peaceful and captivating country located on the southeastern coast of the Arabian Peninsula.

• Wadi Shab and Wadi Bani Khalid are quiet famous for their torquoise clear waters and scenic beauty.Jabal Shams,also known as Mountain of the Sun is the highest peak in Oman.
• Oman is regarded as the one of the oldest independent states in the Arab world.
• One can also visit Muttrah Corniche which is known for its beautiful sea view and variety of markets.
• The Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is one of the beautiful mosques in the region.
• The most popular Frankincence originated from Oman’s Dhofar region.
• Shuwa and Majboos are popilar dishes and they love Omani Coffee(also called kahwa).
