3.Down dog walk – for 30-60 seconds.

4.Forward fold – for 1-2 minutes.

5.Low lunge – for 30-60 seconds each side.

6.Revolved lunge pose – 3-5 slow breaths.

7.Warrior II – 3-5 slow breaths.

8.Triangle pose – 3-5 slow breaths.

9.Wide legged forward fold – for 1-2 minutes.
